Lemon and Coriander Broad Bean Hummus
Simply blend:
260g broad beans, cooked, blanched and peeled
tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
pinch of garlic salt
pinch of pepper
juice of half a lemon
small handful of coriander 
small chunk of red onion
small chunk of cucumber
et voilà! 
It should be around 410kcals in total!
